Parking Permit Form
You are filling out this form for a parking permit for access to the Kentucky Exposition Center. The permit is to be affixed to the lower driver's side of your vehicle's windshield by peeling off the protective paper. Passes are not to be taped to the windshield or laminated. When approaching the gate, you are to stop at the toll booth and should proceed only after acknowledgement from the attendant. Failure to comply may lead to a parking fee of $15 or denied entry.

This permit is issued by the Venue Services Department at the Kentucky Exposition Center and must be renewed each year. This permit is non-transferable and cannot be sold. This decal is removable. If you are needing to place it on a different vehicle please send updated information to DeeDee Hudson at DeeDee.Hudson@kyvenues.com. The information below will be used in the event of an emergency regarding your vehicle.
