World's Championship Horse Show Media Partner Application

You are invited to become an Official Media Partner.

This opportunity allows approved partners to capture and sell high-quality event photos and videos in designated locations. Interested media outlets must fill out an application. If your outlet is accepted as an Official Media Partner, you must pay a $1,500 registration fee, offer two full-page ads (one in winter and one in spring publications), help promote the event via social media on an ongoing basis, provide us access to videos and photos taken, and comply with all rules regarding media partner access. Official Media Partners are limited to 3 media passes.

Official Media Partners Will Receive:

1. Three Media Passes for in/out access to the event throughout the entire show with designated access.
   
   
2. Commercial rights to photograph in authorized locations around the property and within Freedom Hall for resale*
   
   
3. Commercial rights to video within the WCHS areas, excluding Freedom Hall, Stopher Walk, and the Makeup Ring, in authorized locations for social media usage and resale*
   
   
4. Access to designated media areas just outside the ring during the show
   
   
5. Branding and promotion on select locations such as the WCHS website, and social media
   
   
6. Permission to distribute publications at designated locations around the property and within the suites
   
   
7. Limited use of the WCHS trademark to promote “official media partner of the World’s Championship Horse Show” with each use to be approved in writing by the Kentucky Venues Communications Department

*Live streaming, full-performance recording, and rebroadcasting are not permitted. All content is subject to WCHS guidelines and review.

Photo & Video Capture Policy

To minimize distractions and ensure a safe, focused environment for competition, the World’s Championship Horse Show strictly prohibits unauthorized photo or video recording in all show areas. These areas include Freedom Hall, the Makeup Ring, Stopher Walk, and Warm Up Arenas. Only official show photographers, offical videographers, and media partners are permitted to capture content in Freedom Hall, Warmup Arenas (capturing from outside the ring) and the stall areas. 

All permitted personel are asked to follow show management instructuion at the event, as rules and policies are subject to change at any given time for the benefit of those who are attending our event. Please be mindful of those in and around the rings and support creating the best show experience for our valued exhibitors.

Any unauthorized outlets in violation of this policy and found to be soliciting their services will be asked to leave the show. If anyone violates rules given by show management and staff, their passes will be revoked.
