There will be no Shipping & Handling charge if you pick up your tickets in person at the Freedom Hall Box Office before NAILE starts. You will be charged at the gates if you come during NAILE to pick up your tickets. The Freedom Hall Box Office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you would like tickets to be mailed, the fee will be $9.00.
